The overwhelming majority of truck drivers are professionals who are very safety conscious and who help keep roadways safe.  The objective of the safety regulations is to weed out those who should not be behind the wheel and to keep trucking companies from pushing drivers beyond their reasonable limits.  When companies and drivers violate the rules, crashes happened, and people’s lives are shattered or destroyed.

If you or a loved one has been involved in a crash with a commercial truck, an experienced truck accident attorney, like those at Begam Marks & Traulsen, can help. Contact us as soon as possible, before evidence is lost, to get the compensation you deserve.
