Children’s Lounge Pants and Boxers Recalled Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard
Rio International issued a recall on their Boys and Girls Pull-On lounge Pants and Girls boxers due to reports of several garments catching on fire, posing a burn risk to children. There has been one incident reported, which resulted in the 9-year-old child being burned several times on the front and back of both legs. The items were sold exclusively at Academy Sports and Outdoor Stores in Texas from January 2010 to March 2011. If you own any of the recalled clothing items you should discontinue use immediately and return the sleepwear to the company for a full refund.
