Man Dies After Being Struck By Water Truck at Mesa Gateway Airport Construction Site
A man working at the Mesa Gateway Airport Construction Site was fatally struck by a water tanker truck that he was trying to fuel up Saturday morning. The tanker is suspected to have shifted into gear, pinning him between it and his vehicle. It is reported that he was the only one is the area at the time of the incident until a co-worker found him and tried to perform first-aid. The victim was transported to the hospital where he later died of his injuries. The incident is still under investigation.
