Phoenix Teens Struck By Drunk Driver
Drivers who are under the influence of alcohol pose a risk to everyone on the road. On the night of October 25th, two teenagers in Phoenix were struck by a driver who was thought to be intoxicated. The car in which the two young girls were riding had run out of gas, and as they were pushing their car near Cactus and 28th Avenue, they were struck by the drunk driver, pinning them between the cars. They both suffered serious injuries.
Some drunk drivers consume alcohol at their own homes before they get behind the wheel. But many are drinking at bars, restaurants, arenas, and even friends’ homes. When any establishment overserves a customer or even when a friend allows a guest in his home to drink too much, the person or establishment may be liable for injuries caused by that intoxicated person.
