Stroller Recalled; One Child Death Reported
Peg Perago has recalled its Pliko-P3 model stroller and Venezia model stroller due to a risk of entrapment and strangulation. The voluntary recall includes 223,000 strollers and the company has received reports of one child death resulting from the child’s head becoming trapped between the seat and the tray of the stroller. The two models that have been recalled were manufactured between Jan. 2004 and Sept. 2007 in a variety of colors. If you own one of these recalled strollers we urge you to stop use immediately and call Peg Perago for a refund or replacement.
