Textron ATVs Recalled

Posted On 01/20/17

On January 11, 2017, Textron issued a recall of its “Bad Boy” off-road utility vehicles due to a risk of serious injury or death [1]. These ATVs lack seat belts and pose a risk of serious injury or death to the operator and passengers in the event of a vehicle accident or roll-over. There have been reports that in one accident involving these vehicles a 14-year-old boy died and in another an adult male suffered a serious leg injury. If you own one of these ATVs call the dealer to discuss how to have seatbelts installed.

Our firm has successfully handled many cases involving ATVs that because of their design defects, lack of seatbelts and ease of rollovers, were manufactured and sold in a condition that has caused many serious injuries. Please call us if you or a loved one suffered a serious injury while riding on any ATV. We will give you a free case evaluation and let you know how we can help you get the compensation you deserve.
